All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday). During holidays, sales, or new collection drops, processing may take an extra 1–3 days.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Every bundle, wig, and coil is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure luxury quality from root to tip.

Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons. However, we believe in fairness and understanding — if there’s ever an issue, we’ve got you! 💚

💌 If you received the wrong or damaged hair

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at moodlitz@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the product. We’ll review your order and work quickly to make it right — whether that means an exchange, replacement, or store credit.

🚫 Due to hygiene and federal law:

• We cannot accept returns that are opened, untagged, or have been used/tampered with. 
  
  
• Items must remain in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags or packaging intact).

💫 Refunds (if approved)

If your return is approved, we will send you an email asking if you’d prefer a refund, exchange, or store credit. The refund will be processed within 2–5 business days depending on your bank. Exchanges will be available once the package has gotten back to us and has went through a thorough inspection. Store credit will be processed after carefully inspection.
