🚚 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday). During holidays, sales, or new collection drops, processing may take an extra 1–3 days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
📦 Shipping Time
- Pre-Order Shipping: 4-8 business days
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
(Shipping times begin after your order has been processed.)

We currently ship within the United States.

💌 Order Updates
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with your local post office or delivery carrier first.
Crown & Coils is not responsible for packages once they are marked delivered by the carrier.
